1. What is the promotion about?

This promotion will reward developers for integrating merchants using MMG’s e-commerce API. The developer who successfully integrates the most merchants by December 31, 2024 will win a grand prize of GYD $1,000,000, and the first runner-up will receive GYD $500,000 and the second runner-up will receive GYD $250,000.

3. Who is eligible to participate?

All developers, individual or company, are eligible to participate in this promotion. However, a minimum of 10 successful MMG merchant integrations is required to qualify for the prizes.

4. What is considered a “successful integration”?

A successful integration means that an MMG merchant has fully integrated and is actively using our e-commerce API for their transactions. The integration must be live and in use by December 31, 2024.

5. How will the winners be determined?

The grand prize will be awarded to the developer who has successfully integrated the most merchants by the end of the promotion period. The second prize will go to the developer with the second-highest number of integrations.

6. What is the deadline for the promotion?

The promotion runs until December 31, 2024. All integrations must be completed and live by this date to be counted towards the prize.

7. How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be notified via email and announced publicly after the promotion ends. We will also reach out to verify the details of your integrations before confirming the winners.

8. What happens if two developers have the same number of integrations?

In case of a tie, the following will be used to determine the winner:

• The tied participants will have until 23:59hrs on January 24, 2025 to complete additional successful integrations. The most successful integrations will determine the winner.
• If there remains a tie as at January 24, 2025, then the developer who completed their successful integrations in the earliest time will be determined the winner. The earliest time will be determined by the timestamp of the last successful integration going live.
