1. How can I participate in the giveaway?
To participate, you need to top up any Digicel number with GYD $1,000 or more during the promotional period using MMG.
2. Is there a minimum amount required for the top-up to be eligible?
Yes, you need to top up a minimum of GYD $1,000 to be eligible for the giveaway.
3. How often can I enter the giveaway?
You can enter the giveaway each time you top up with GYD $1,000 or more. The more you top up, the more entries you have to increase your chances of winning.
4. When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion starts on January 17th and ends on February 28th. All qualifying transactions within this period will be considered for the giveaway.
5. How will the winner be chosen?
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at the end of the promotional period using a randomizer. This process will be audited for transparency.
6. When will the winners be announced?
One winner will be chosen on February 6th, and the other winner will be chosen on March 1st. Winners will be announced on our social media pages within 5 days after the drawings.
7. How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified via phone call from 627-2472 using the contact information associated with their Mobile Money Guyana account.
8. What if I don’t receive a notification that I have won?
If you do not receive a notification, it means you were not selected as the winner. Only the winner will be contacted.
9. Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
No, entries are non-transferable and must be used and collected by the account holder who performed the qualifying transaction.
10. Can transactions done at an MMG agent be eligible?
Yes! Any qualifying transactions done via the MMG app or MMG agent will be entered into the promotion.
11. If I do not have an MMG account, can I still win?
Yes! This promotion is for all MMG customers. If you do not have an MMG account but perform any qualifying transaction at any MMG agent, you can still win.
