Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Execution:
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and plans developed by the team.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and report insights to improve future strategies. - Content Creation:
• Develop and edit simple marketing content.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create visually compelling content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences. - Social Media Management:
• Schedule and manage posts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & others).
• Oversee online community management.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative campaigns to increase engagement. - Event Coordination:
• Support the planning and execution of events such as product launches, webinars, trade shows, and community engagements.
• Coordinate marketing materials and on-site logistics to ensure seamless event execution. - Collaboration & Communication:
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing initiatives.
• Communicate with external vendors and partners to coordinate marketing efforts. - Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance metrics for campaigns and platforms.
• Prepare reports summarizing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.Qualifications:
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Employment Basis:
1 Year Contractual Term subject to renewal.
