1. How do I enter the promotion?

To enter, complete at least four transactions over GYD $1,000 weekly from January 20 to February 15.
Eligible transactions include:
• Shopping and paying at any MMG merchant.
• Sending money via MMG.

2. What is the prize?

The prize is a Valentine’s getaway for two to Panama from Feb 21st to Feb 26th, which includes:
• Round-trip flights for two.
• Luxury accommodation.
• A guided tour of Panama’s top attractions.

3. Who is eligible to participate?

The promotion is open to all MMG users who are:
• At least 18 years old.
• Residents of Guyana and holders of a valid passport.
(Employees of MMG and their immediate family members are not eligible.)

4. How will the winner be selected?

The winner will be chosen randomly using a randomizer from all eligible entries. Each week of meeting the transaction requirement increases your chances of winning.

5. How often can I enter the giveaway?

You can enter the giveaway each time you meet the qualifying criteria. Every transaction in any combination of merchant payment and money transfer in a week will give you 1 entry. A week is considered from Monday to Sunday. You can have multiple entries to win.

6. When and how will the winner be announced?

The winner will be announced on February 17 via our official communication channels, including social media and email. The winner will also be contacted directly through the contact information linked to their MMG account.

7. What happens if I win but cannot travel?

If the selected winner cannot travel, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Do all my transactions count toward the promotion?

Only transactions made at MMG merchants or money transfers through MMG count toward the promotion. Other MMG transactions (e.g., bill payments) are not eligible.

9. How will I know if my entries have been recorded?

Your eligible transactions are automatically tracked by MMG. You can verify your transaction history through the MMG app.

10. What if I don’t receive a notification that I have won?

If you do not receive a notification, it means you were not selected as the winner. Only the winner will be contacted.

11. Can I transfer my entry to someone else?

No, entries are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who performed the qualifying transaction. If you cannot make the trip, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

12. Can transactions done at an MMG agent be eligible?

Unfortunately, this promotion is applicable to MMG subscribers with an MMG account. Register for MMG at www.mmg.gy.
