1. What is this promotion about?
In this promotion, you will get a chance to win tickets to CPL games in Guyana to support their home country once you shop and pay with MMG at any MMG merchant during the promotional period of Aug 25th to Sept 25th.
2. What are the prizes?
Winners will be chosen on the following dates – On Sept 13th, 20th & 27th:
- 1st Week Winner – One person will win 2 tickets to Guyana vs. St Kitts.
- 2nd Week Winners – Two persons will win 2 tickets each to Guyana vs. St Lucia.
- 3rd Week Winners – Two persons will win 2 tickets each to Guyana vs. Trinidad.
3. How can I participate in the giveaway?
To participate, you will have to pay with MMG at any MMG merchant countrywide here: https://www.mmg.gy/merchants/ during the promotional period of Aug 25 to Sept 25.
One merchant payment done via MMG = 1 chance to win.
You can make multiple payments to increase your chances of winning.
4. Is there a minimum amount for an eligible payment?
Yes, you need to make a payment of GYD $1000 or more to be deemed as an eligible payment in the promotion.
5. Can I enter the giveaway doing any other transactions with MMG?
No, only payments done for goods and services (merchant payments) will be considered an eligible entry in this promotion.
6. Who are the participating MMG merchants?
You can view the full list of MMG merchants at https://www.mmg.gy/merchants/.
7. When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion starts on Aug 25th and ends on Sept 25. All qualifying transactions within this period will be considered for the giveaway.
8. How will the winners be chosen?
The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on Sept 13th, 20th & 27th and announced via our social media platforms.
9. How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified via phone call from 620-0664 using the contact information associated with their Mobile Money Guyana account.
10. What if I don’t receive a notification that I have won?
If you do not receive a notification, it means you were not selected as the winner. Only the winner will be contacted.
11. Can I transfer my entry or winning prize to someone else?
No, entries and winning prizes are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who performed the qualifying transaction.
12. Can transactions done at an MMG agent be eligible?
Yes! Any qualifying transactions done via the MMG app or MMG agent will be entered into the promotion.
13. If I win, and I refuse to have my name or photo published, will I still receive my prize?
Unfortunately, MMG is committed to publishing our winners and we will have to choose another winner if you do not wish to be announced.
