1. What is the MMG Money Moves promotion?
It is a six-week promotion that gives MMG customers a chance to win GYD $1,000,000 each week by completing qualifying transactions.
2. When does the promotion run?
The promotion runs from Monday, August 24 to Sunday, October 4, 2026.
3. How much money can I win?
One winner will receive GYD $1,000,000 each week. There are six weekly drawings and GYD $6,000,000 in total prizes.
4. What is a Money Move?
A Money Move is any qualifying transaction you complete with MMG – an easy, confident way to handle what matters and keep life moving.
5. How do I enter?
Complete four qualifying MMG transactions of at least GYD $1,000 each during a promotional week. Once you complete your four transactions, you are automatically entered in that week’s drawing.
6. What transactions qualify?
Qualifying transactions are: paying a bill, sending money, buying mobile credit on any network, buying a One Communications data plan, paying an MMG merchant, and purchasing an e-gift card through MMG.
7. What is the minimum transaction amount?
Each qualifying transaction must be at least GYD $1,000.
8. Do all four transactions have to be the same type?
No. You can mix the qualifying transaction types or repeat the same type, provided each transaction meets the promotion requirements.
9. Can I earn more than one entry in a week?
Yes. Every complete set of four qualifying transactions earns one entry. For example, eight qualifying transactions earn two entries in that week’s drawing.
10. What counts as a promotional week?
Each promotional week runs from Monday through Sunday. Only qualifying transactions completed within that week count toward that week’s drawing.
11. Do unused transactions carry over to the next week?
No. Your transaction count resets at the start of each new promotional week, so incomplete sets do not carry over.
12. Can I enter again every week?
Yes. Complete at least four qualifying transactions in each new week for another chance to win.
13. Do I need to register or submit anything?
No separate registration is required. Eligible entries are recorded automatically when qualifying transactions are completed through your MMG account.
14. I completed my four transactions. What happens next?
You are automatically entered in that week’s drawing. You can keep making Money Moves – every additional complete set of four qualifying transactions gives you another entry for that week.
15. When will the weekly drawings take place?
A drawing will take place after each qualifying week during the promotion. Weekly winner announcements will follow the drawing schedule communicated by MMG.
16. How will I know if I win?
MMG will contact selected winners using the verified contact details linked to their MMG account. Keep your account information current and look out for official MMG communications via 635-2472 only.
17. Will MMG ask me to pay to claim a prize?
No. MMG will never ask a winner to pay a fee or share a PIN, password or one-time code to claim a prize. Be alert for impersonators and rely only on official MMG channels.
Terms and Conditions
1.
By entering the ‘Make Money Moves’ Promotion (‘the Promotion’), the Customer agrees that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing Mobile Money Guyana Inc. (“MMG”).
2.
MMG shall have the sole right to determine participant eligibility and may require proof of age, identity, or eligibility at any time.
3.
This Promotion is open to participants aged 18 or older who complete four qualifying MMG transactions of at least GYD $1,000.00 each during a promotional week (Monday to Sunday). Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and representatives of MMG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members may be deemed ineligible at MMG’s discretion.

This promotion shall only be applicable to users who have conducted any four (4) or more transactions namely, Bill Payments, Top-Ups on any network, One Communications Data Plans, E-Gift Card Purchases, Merchant Payments and Send Money valued at, at least $1000.00 via the MMG application. Any transaction can be conducted in the MMG application to qualify. This also applies to transactions conducted via an MMG agent.

In addition to Clause 3 hereof and subject to Clause 4, the participant understands and agrees that every set of four complete transactions shall only give the participant one (1) entry into the draw to be a qualifier during the promotional week. For any avoidance of doubt, if the Customer only conducts one transaction or two transactions or three transactions via the MMG application, the Customer understands and agrees that the Customer will not be eligible for this Promotion.

Pursuant to Clause 2 hereof, if the participant is eligible, as solely determined by MMG, the selected participants will be eligible to win the grand prize of GYD$1, 000, 000.00 (one million Guyana dollars for that promotional week.
7.
This promotion shall commence at 00:00hrs on the 24th day of August 2026 and shall conclude at 23:59hrs on the 4th day of October 2026 (the Period’). MMG shall have the sole option to extend and/or end this promotion before the expiration of the Period.
8.
MMG reserves the right to amend these promotional terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. In such an event, notice will be given via MMG’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications. As such, the participant should check MMG’s website regularly for any changes and/or updates.
9.
Personal data may be collected by MMG and will be processed and protected in accordance with the relevant privacy policy.
10.
The participant understands that MMG may broadcast, or publish a winning participant’s name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including the participant’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason that MMG deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law, and the participant will hereby release any and all claims the participant may have against MMG for such use.
11.
The participant understands that MMG reserves the right to disqualify any participant who; breaches these Terms and Conditions; provides false or misleading information; engages in fraudulent activity; manipulates the Promotion, systems, or entry process; reverses, cancels, disputes, or otherwise invalidates a qualifying purchase; or engages in conduct that MMG believes may compromise the integrity of the Promotion. MMG’s determination in such matters shall be final.
12.
MMG shall not be responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, invalid, or unrecorded entries resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, platform outages, system errors, payment processing failures, telecommunications issues, or any other circumstances beyond MMG’s reasonable control. Participation in the Promotion shall only be deemed valid where MMG has successfully recorded and verified the qualifying transaction in its systems.
13.
MMG shall not be liable for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Promotion resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, telecommunications failures, utility interruptions, government actions, regulatory changes, or any other event that renders the administration of the Promotion impracticable or impossible. In such circumstances, MMG reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Promotion without liability.
14.
To the extent permitted by law, MMG excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.
15.
The terms and conditions, the Promotion and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Guyana and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guyana.
