1. What is the “Win 1 of 3 iPhone 17 Air” promotion?

It’s MMG’s biggest giveaway yet! We’re giving away three Apple iPhone 17 Air devices across six weeks. Every two weeks, one brand-new iPhone 17 Air goes to a lucky winner chosen from a draw of all eligible entries. There are three separate chances to win, so you can enter every phase.

2. Who is eligible to enter?

The promotion is open to all MMG customers who make a qualifying One Communications top-up or One Communications data plan purchase during the promotion period, which runs from Monday, 22 June to Sunday, 2 August 2026.

You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must be a resident of Guyana.
Employees and contractors of One Communications, MMG and its agencies are not eligible.

3. How do I earn entries?

It’s simple — just top up as you normally would, and entries are added to your account automatically. There’s nothing extra to dial or do.

Make a One Communications top-up of GYD $1,000 or more via an MMG agent or the MMG App.
Buy a One Communications data plan of GYD $1,000 or more via an MMG agent or the MMG App.

Every GYD $1,000 you spend earns you 1 entry. The more you top up or the bigger the plan you buy, the more entries you get — and the better your chances of winning.

4. I top up other networks on the MMG App. Do those count?

Only One Communications top-ups and One Communications data plan purchases count toward entries. The MMG App allows you to top up several networks, but this promotion is for One Communications transactions only. If you’re not sure which network you’re topping up, look for “One Communications” when selecting your recharge.

5. How many entries do I get?

You earn 1 entry for every GYD $1,000 spent on a qualifying One Communications top-up or data plan. Here are some examples:

GYD $1,000 One Communications top-up = 1 entry
GYD $2,000 One Communications top-up = 2 entries
GYD $1,000 One Communications data plan = 1 entry
Move 30 data plan (GYD $4,000) = 4 entries

There’s no cap — the more you spend, the more entries you earn.

6. Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn?

No limit at all. You can earn as many entries as you like throughout each two-week phase by continuing to make qualifying One Communications top-ups or data plan purchases via MMG.

7. When are the draws?

There are three draws, one at the end of each two-week entry phase:

Draw 1: Monday, 6 July 2026 (entries from 22 June – 5 July)
Draw 2: Monday, 20 July 2026 (entries from 6 – 19 July)
Draw 3 (Final): Monday, 3 August 2026 (entries from 20 July – 2 August)

One iPhone 17 Air is won at each draw.

8. Do my entries carry over to the next draw?

Each two-week phase has its own entry pool. Your entries are for the phase in which you topped up, so entering early in a phase gives you a chance at that phase’s draw. The good news: you can keep earning fresh entries in every new phase for a new chance to win.

9. How will I know if I’ve won?

If you’re a winner, we’ll contact you directly using the mobile number registered to your MMG account. Make sure your details are up to date! Results will also be announced on [insert MMG social media/website]. Please note: MMG or One Communications will never ask a winner to pay any fee to claim a prize.

10. What is the prize?

Each of the three winners receives one (1) Apple iPhone 17 Air. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Can I earn entries from both a One Communications top-up and a data plan in the same phase?

Yes! Every qualifying One Communications transaction earns entries, so if you make a top-up and also buy a data plan in the same phase, you’ll earn entries for both.

12. I topped up before 22 June — do those transactions count?

Unfortunately not. Only qualifying One Communications top-ups and data plan purchases made between Monday, 22 June 2026 and Sunday, 2 August 2026 are eligible.

Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, the participant understands and agrees that they will be legally bound by these promotional terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions governing the use of Mobile Money Guyana Inc. (MMG).

It will be at MMG’s sole discretion as to whether all eligibility requirements have or have not been met by the participant, and MMG may require evidence and/or confirmation from participants or any other source.

This promotion is open to MMG customers who are [insert minimum age] years of age or older and resident in Guyana. Employees, directors and contractors of OCGY, MMG, their affiliates, and the appointed marketing/creative agency, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

This promotion shall only be applicable to customers who make a One Communications top-up of GYD $1,000 or more, or purchase a One Communications data plan of GYD $1,000 or more, via an MMG agent or the MMG App. Top-ups for other networks, top-ups via EMIDA agents, and physical recharge cards do not qualify.

Every GYD $1,000 spent on a qualifying One Communications top-up or One Communications data plan shall give the participant one (1) entry into the draw for that phase. For example, a GYD $4,000 data plan purchase generates four (4) entries. Entries are calculated and pooled separately within each two-week phase; entries do not carry forward between phases.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying transactions or entries a participant may accumulate within a phase. Entries have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Three (3) prizes are available, each consisting of one (1) Apple iPhone 17 Air [insert confirmed storage/colour]. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. MMG is not responsible for the device once it has been provided to the winner; manufacturer defects are covered solely by Apple’s standard warranty.

This promotion shall run across three consecutive two-week phases as follows: Phase 1 — 22 June to 5 July 2026, draw on Monday, 6 July 2026; Phase 2 — 6 July to 19 July 2026, draw on Monday, 20 July 2026; Phase 3 — 20 July to 2 August 2026, draw on Monday, 3 August 2026. One iPhone 17 Air will be awarded at each draw. Each draw will be conducted by random selection and witnessed by a representative of MMG’s Legal/Compliance team.

This promotion shall commence at 00:00hrs on the 22nd day of June 2026 and shall conclude at 23:59hrs on the 2nd day of August 2026 (‘the Period’). MMG shall have the sole option to extend and/or end this promotion before the expiration of the Period.

Winners will be notified by MMG using the mobile number associated with their MMG account within [insert number] business days of the relevant draw. Winners may be required to provide valid identification and proof of account ownership before a prize is released. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within [insert number] days, MMG reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner by redraw.

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the reasonable use of their name, likeness and general location by MMG for promotional purposes related to this promotion, including on social media, email and website content, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

MMG reserves the right to amend these promotional terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. In such an event, notice will be given via MMG’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification. Participants should check MMG’s website regularly for any changes and/or updates.

Personal data may be collected by MMG and will be processed and protected in accordance with the relevant Privacy Policy. By participating, the participant agrees to the collection and use of their data for purposes related to this promotion.

In the event a winner is unable to claim or utilise the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at MMG’s sole discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, MMG excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion.
